Fun sketch I did Sunday after reading part of John Howe's Fantasy Art Workshop. The mouth is very Paul Bonnerish and I wish I'd drawn the ear farther back on the skull.
I'm sure the neck anatomy doesn't work either, but I wanted to keep sketching and not be troubled with studying anatomy books. I'll get around to that eventually.
Actually, looking at this thing again I made the mouth go back too far with the exaggeration. The teeth should really end where that curve of the zygomatic comes down.
Oh well, maybe I'll do some more sketches and play with the head shape.
